Focus Groups

Imagine capturing the entire discussion held by the focus group and then being able to dissect it.  With ClickNotes' software solutions, this is possible.

With ClickNotes it is possible to capture unlimited digital input channels in real-time and store them within a single .IQ file, whereby all data captured is digitized and synchronized, whereby time becomes the common point of reference for all data captured.

What restrictions are there with the way things are now?

There is a lot of discussion involved and simply recording the focus group on tape doesn't necessarily mean that you will hear everything that is being said.  As a result information is lost and sometimes problems and confusion can arise because there is a dispute over what has or has not been said and recorded.

How ClickNotes' software solutions makes your life easier!

The solution is to record and capture everything that is said in the focus group.  This can be done by digitally recording every individual separately.  At the same time, a note taker may write down the main points of what is being said with a digital pen.  The notes are cross referenced to the recorded conversations in real time.  Because each individual has been recorded, you are able to listen to what an individual has said even if someone spoke over them.  Also because the whole discussion has been recorded, if you are listening to the group again, you are able to add further notes (written or typed) and link them to the same point in time of the discussion.  If you have any further comments you want to add then this is quite possible.  You can also forward this information to other parties, who are also able to add their own comments, links or recordings.
